GALLARD-TREWIN

CONNECTORS

Gallard-Trewin Connectors was formed as the result of two long-established Australian companies joining forces.

Gallard Terminals started in the mid-1940s as a result of the post-war shortage of supplies from Europe and began making terminals at a small plant in Sydney.

Trewin Components was started in Melbourne in the 1970s to make a range of terminals, banana plugs and sockets.

These two companies came under the same ownership in 1990 and continued to make most of the same products in Canberra for the next 13 years.

In 1997 Gallard-Trewin Connectors moved back to Gallard’s original home of Sydney, and has been based hereĀ ever since.

Gallard-Trewin Connectors have been exporting for many years and can arrange freight and insurance for you.
